Hello, I'm Kadu Antonioli

I was born in 88 in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil and I'm currently living between Brazil and Europe.

I graduated as a Visual Artist - Graphic Designer in 2009 and after that I worked with illustrations, prints and fashion for a few years, until I decided to dedicate to my own journey as an independent artist. Years later, in 2013, Tattooing and I met, and I’ve been on this journey since.

I develop customized freehand designs in blackwork and neo-tribal styles, flowing between organic, geometric and abstract lines.

I usually create with the anatomy of each client's body and with freehand I can do this better,
creating an integrated art with the curves of each unique individual.

I see the body as a canvas and the tattoo as an amulet, an armor that adorns the body and strengthens the soul.

My artistic research is based on ancient cultures, graphics, typography, natural patterns,
sacred geometry and shamanism.

Like the ancients, I also believe that the tattoo is much more than an aesthetic mark,
it is a rite of passage, a tool of self-knowledge and evolution. An art that goes beyond the skin.

As a painter, I try to explore the opposite of my tattooing, to work on my other side - Colours!

While tattooing I talk about precision and something permanent, in painting I can explore infinite possibilities, letting intuition lead me and experiencing new thoughts with each canvas and series.

Nature is always my main point of inspiration,
where everything comes from and where everything goes.
